We at Conway County Regional Water highly recommend the services of FCPS. Our experience with this group over the last two years has been exceptional, including both quality of work and on time performance of projects.
FCPS currently provides all of our system integration work and provides new installation of our VFDs and all maintenance on our existing VFDs, PLCs and SCSDA system. Last year we contracted with them to completely replace our existing Scada System, which includes all 23 sites county-wide.
As we all know, one important aspect of doing business as a water or wastewater facility, as it concerns to outside vendors, is response time when something goes wrong. I have found that FCPS’ response time is the best that I have experienced in my 31 years in the industry.
